Our mission is to improve the overall quality of life, reduce the fear of crime, and ensure a peaceful, safe environment for residents, business owners, and all those who visit the Borough.  We strive to fulfill this mission by employing a wide range of strategies. These include collaborating with community members to identify and creatively solve problems, engaging in education and enforcement efforts, thoroughly investigating criminal acts to hold persons accountable, and provide relief for crime victims.  Always doing so with unconditional unbiased decency and with a community policing mindset at the heart of everything we do.

As an organization and as individuals, we are continuously seeking ways to improve our ability to serve the community.
