All suspects are innocent unless or until proven guilty in a court of law.<br \/><!-- [if !supportLineBreakNewLine]--><br \/><!--[endif]--><\/span><\/u><b><\/b><\/p><p><b>\u2022 05\/03\/2025 \u2013 12:36 AM (Public Intoxication)<br \/><\/b>Officers responded to the area of Jordan Drive and Kinderkamack Road for a report of an intoxicated individual in the bushes along the roadway. A 35-year-old male from Palisades Park, New Jersey, was located and determined to be intoxicated. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.<b><\/b><\/p><p><b>\u2022 05\/03\/2025 \u2013 4:54 PM (DWI)<br \/><\/b>P.O. Goez conducted a motor vehicle stop on Kinderkamack Road near Ackerson Street for multiple traffic violations. An investigation revealed that Destiny Parra, from the Bronx, New York, was operating her vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant. Parra was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and released pending her appearance in River Edge Municipal Court.<b><\/b><\/p><p><b>\u2022 05\/06\/2025 \u2013 1:11 AM (DWI)<br \/><\/b>P.O. Goez conducted a motor vehicle stop on Kinderkamack Road and Reservoir Avenue for several motor vehicle violations. An investigation revealed Pedro Ponce, from Maywood, New Jersey, was operating his vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant. Ponce was arrested and charged with DWI and released pending his appearance in River Edge Municipal Court.<b><\/b><\/p><p><b>\u2022 05\/06\/2025 \u2013 12:33 PM (DWI \/ CDS Possession)<br \/><\/b>Officers Mastropierro and Blue responded to Main Street and Elizabeth Street for a report of a vehicle blocking the roadway. An investigation revealed that Peter Ferraro Jr., from Bergenfield, New Jersey, had fallen asleep behind the wheel. Ferraro was found to be under the influence of an intoxicant and in possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He was arrested and charged with DWI and possession of CDS, then released pending his appearance in River Edge Municipal Court.<\/p><p><b>\u2022 05\/08\/2025 \u2013 10:34 PM (Disturbance)<br \/><\/b>Officers responded to 7-Eleven at 584 Kinderkamack Road for a reported disturbance inside the store. A male was found yelling on his phone and refusing to leave. He was advised to exit the store and was issued a trespassing warning by the store manager not to return.<\/p><p><b>\u2022 05\/12\/2025 \u2013 2:36 AM (Public Intoxication)<br \/><\/b>Officers located a 57-year-old male from River Edge, New Jersey, lying on the curb on Reservoir Avenue, between Kinderkamack Road and Bogert Road. He was found to be heavily intoxicated and was subsequently transported to a local hospital for treatment.<b><\/b><\/p><p><b>\u2022 05\/12\/2025 \u2013 9:16 AM (Theft by Deception \/ Fraud)<br \/><\/b>A resident on Jordan Drive reported being the victim of identity theft and credit card fraud. The victim stated that an unknown suspect made unauthorized purchases and opened lines of credit using his identity. He was provided an identity theft packet, and the matter was referred to the Detective Bureau for further investigation.<\/p><p><b>\u2022 05\/14\/2025 \u2013 1:48 AM (Burglary)<br \/><\/b>Officers responded to a burglary alarm at 259 Johnson Avenue (Prime 259). Upon arrival, officers discovered the rear door had been forced open and the business had been searched. No suspects were located at the time. The matter was referred to the Detective Bureau for follow-up.<b><\/b><\/p><p><b>\u2022 05\/15\/2025 \u2013 12:01 AM (Dispute)<br \/><\/b>Officers responded to the 600 block of Kinderkamack Road for a verbal dispute between businesses over parking. The individuals were advised that it was a civil matter and to contact their respective attorneys.<b><\/b><\/p><p><b>\u2022 05\/15\/2025 \u2013 6:47 AM (DWI \/ Resisting Arrest \/ Obstruction)<br \/><\/b>Officers Mastropierro, Blue, and Sergeant Griffith responded to the New Bridge Landing Train Station on Grand Avenue for a reported dispute. Frederick Thomas, from Englewood, New Jersey, was found drinking in his vehicle and acting disorderly. He refused to obey lawful commands and resisted arrest. Thomas was arrested and charged with DWI, resisting arrest, and obstruction. He was transported to a local hospital and released pending court.<b><\/b><\/p><p><b>\u2022 05\/16\/2025 \u2013 10:34 AM (Dispute)<br \/><\/b>Officers responded to 230 Kinderkamack Road for a neighbor dispute in an apartment building. Both individuals were advised to remain separated and were informed of the civilian complaint process<b>.<\/b><\/p><p><b>\u2022 05\/29\/2025 \u2013 10:06 AM (Warrant Arrest)<br \/><\/b>Officers responded to a disturbance at PNC Bank, 1070 Main Street, involving a male yelling about his ATM card. A 46-year-old male from Hackensack, New Jersey, was found to have an active warrant out of Rochelle Park. He was arrested, processed at River Edge Police Headquarters, and released on his own recognizance by Rochelle Park authorities.<b><\/b><\/p><p><b>\u2022 05\/30\/2025 \u2013 11:14 AM (Theft \/ Fraud)<br \/><\/b>A business in the 500 block of Kinderkamack Road reported being the victim of theft and fraud after a bank check was stolen from the U.S. Postal Service and altered. The suspect attempted to cash the check under a different name and for a higher amount. The incident was forwarded to the Detective Bureau for investigation.<b><\/b><\/p><p><b>\u2022 05\/31\/2025 \u2013 11:05 AM (Fraud \/ Identity Theft)<br \/><\/b>Officers responded to Affinity Federal Credit Union for a report of active fraudulent activity. A male suspect was attempting to access a client\u2019s account using a fraudulent New Jersey driver\u2019s license and Social Security card. The suspect, identified as David Brooks from Brooklyn, New York, was arrested and charged with assuming a false identity, knowingly exhibiting false government documents, and theft by deception. Brooks was also wanted by the Middlesex County Prosecutor\u2019s Office. He was transported and turned over to Bergen County Jail.<b><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; text-indent: -0.25in; font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p style=\"text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;\"><strong style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var(
