The Traffic Officer is the liaison between the Department and the Traffic and Safety Committee of the Borough, and works to critique traffic concerns raised by residents. The Traffic Officer is responsible for investigating traffic and pedestrian related concerns raised by residents, operating the Department\u2019s radar program, car seat installation program, and overseeing the Borough\u2019s Crossing Guards. The Traffic Officer is also a trained accident re-construction investigator who respond in cases of serious or fatal crashes as well as trained traffic control specialists who reviews construction projects for their impact on travel throughout the borough.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Traffic Division is responsible for all traffic related matters in the Borough.
